Names: Pollux and Castor
Ages: both 17 (twinzees!)
Species: demigoddesses
Birthplace: Egypt, along the Nile River
Appearances: As identical twins, the girls share the same darkened-bronze skin, round features, and coal-black curly hair. Pollux’s eyes are a cloudy white mist like the marine layer, while Castor’s are two starless night skies; their pupils are slitted like those of snakes. They have fangs that can extend from and retract into their gums. Pollux's venom paralyzes and kills; Castor's numbs pain. Also, they both have reptilian tails as long as the girls are tall. The tails aid in balance, sway when the girls are agitated/ on the hunt, and can be curled against their backs to hide under their clothes.
Mentioned: Cas is mentioned as Whisper’s night in link
Background: The mother of these two is none other than the Goddess of Snakes, Serpenti.
- She’s immortal, obvi.
- She takes the appearance of a snake, though can take a human form.
- It’s customary of her kind for all male babies be killed (so basically “her kind” is her and her daughters, all of which are fathered by other gods or supernatural beings).
-Cas, Polly, and the other hatchlings of the same batch were the first to be fathered by a human.. but that’s a love story for another time.
After Serpenti mated with the human man, she killed him. But after she laid her eggs (a bakers dozen of 13, as usual), 3 went missing. They were stolen by a witch and taken back to her hut. Pollux was the first to hatch and was therefore named after the brightest star in the Gemini constellation. She was also gifted with the ability to open portals, allowing her to travel between dimensions. It’s basically like walking through one door and ending up in somewhere totally different. Castor hatched soon after and given the name of the second brightest star of the Gemini constellation. The third egg didn’t hatch at the same time as the girls, but the witch kept the eggs safe, presuming that each hatched only when it was needed. 7 years after the girls were born, the egg hatched. Unlike his sisters, the boy red hair like his father’s while his irises are an earthy hazel of green-brown. He was named Bellamy, a nickname meaning “fair-friend” in French.
Soon after Bellamy hatched, the hut in which the witch lived was attacked by members of a cult from Cairo. Pollux panicked and escaped via portal, leaving her siblings to be taken by the cultists. The witch was killed. Castor fell into the hands of Dr. Aleksander Felis to become Whisper’s Knight (read Liberation to be filled in here~). Pollux ended up on her own, never returning to the Nile in fear of being captured, and was recruited to the League of Assassins. She developed a crush on her mentor, Nyssa al Ghul, the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul (she’s a character from CW’s Arrow, which is an awesome show based around Oliver Queen/ Green Arrow).
-Both girls carry the weapon of the Huntress’s (boys are sworn away from the Huntress’s, just as they are killed away form Serpenti’s hatchlings -if that makes sense) bow and arrows.
-Bellamy (now 10) escaped from a CADMUS facility in Gotham and bumped into Rene on the street. She took him home (he’s like a wittle puppy) and he now lives with her. He hardly remembers his sisters and considers the vague memory of the witch to be his mother. He doesn’t know that she was killed. Because his mother killed his brothers as per custom, Bellamy is the only human-serpent demigod hybrid to ever exist. Also, his venom can heal to a certain extent.
-None of the kids can use their own venom on themselves, but can on each other or any other living being.

Abandoned at Imperial Church, Alana was left with a growth serum, a note from her mother, and a picture of her mother.
The sisters of the IC took her in, and did like the note said.Once Alana was about to turn one she was given the serum, and she jumped ages quickly.
The note said that she was her mother's legacy.
And the note told her to to find the boy with white hair to explain to her what she must know.
((She is the daughter of two former YJ members.
Her grandparents are from her mothers side that created JLA.
Take your guesses.))
