OOC: you guys are VERY lucky that i'm so nice and giving you this days early.
Emerald: okay, yeah, sure they are.
OOC: what? don't believe me?
Em: no, i get it...
OOC: oh i see, you tried to convince me not to.
Em: yeah. i did. and it DIDN'T WORK!
(we start arguing)
Russ: dude, why are we here? can't believe you brought me here..
Ryan: I brought YOU here?
Russ: well DUH.
(they start arguing)
Em:Nu, esti un idiot, şi aţi făcut acest lucru pentru tine!
OOC: I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE SAYING!!!
Manta: QUIET!!
(we all stop and stare)
Manta: Um.. Hi.
OOC: Well... have fun reading this... this is the sequel to Losing You btw... and the actual writing is almost as long as this rant... hehe.
“She’s really gone.”
“I can’t believe..”
“I-I just-”
“Fin... I’m sorry.”
These statements and more left the mouths of multiple heartbroken teens. Jessica, the odd one out, sat on the ground and simply stared in front of her. “I was wrong. So wrong, about everything,” she muttered, wringing her hand. “I-I’ll avenge her. I will.” She sank slowly into the shadowed floor and was gone.
Ryan hadn’t even begun to cry. He knew what had happened. She was dead. For the first time he felt alone, really alone. He had loved her. He’d just never gotten the chance to truly apologize for the things he’d done. And now he hadn’t a single idea what to do.
Robin and Delta were possible the worst. Robin was shaking with silent sobs, and Delta was openly letting tears fall down her face. “She’s gone, for real this time,” Delta managed to choke out before breaking down once more.
Emerald managed to pull a rose out of the air. She asked Eclipse a silent whisper of a question, and the older girl nodded. “I can try,” Phoebe softly answered, then settled a hand on the soft flower. She murmured an incantation and the flower glowed for a second. Emerald focused hard and the petals suddenly lit into flames. Then she crossed to Robin and gave it to him. “The fire will only die out when you care for someone as much as you cared for Fin.”
Robin smiled lightly. “Thanks Kaylee. But I don’t think that’ll ever happen.”
Emerald shuffled back a bit, then turned to Virus. “Let’s go,” she said, her voice finally cracking with emotion, and they left.
One by one, the teens followed that example until the only one left was Aisling.
She turned to leave as well, not being able to bear the sight of the blackened forest ground. Fin hadn’t just died, she’d disappeared. Her body itself was gone. But just before walking away, Aisling turned back. There, resting on the spot where Fin had destroyed herself, was a small charm bracelet with diamonds dangling from the chain. Aisling bent over and picked it up, looked around, and took it home.
OOC: P.S. if you can tell me what TV show that scene was from, you win a prop. If you can tell me more (eg episode, episode name, season) then you get more props. BAI NOW.
