Honestly, Richard Grayson is the best robin and the only Robin at heart. Reasons Follows. As the story goes he is the one that created it and made robin as it today. Jason and Damian are good characters and really need to be brought under new hero names and why they don't make good Robins is because they really go against what Robin stood for. Jason is an anti-hero and Damian for his violent attacks and other quirks he is at odds and often receives disapproval from other heroes. I personally think a lot of the fans of one character really like the personally of that character not necessary that he was robin. Another thing When a writer makes a character that character is a part of that person forever. If another writer takes over they would not be able to make that character 100% their own. While they can be close but it never match the first one. Tim is close but I think him having being more a detective skills and other skills really puts him to being closer to batman. I do understand some like Jason better, and others Tim then others Damian. I truly think they like them for them and not being robin. Dick is the only one that can be Robin 100%. Dick is an Awesome Nightwing, however he will not be an 100% Nigh wing, especially since the original Night wing was a Kryptonian. Jason and Damian are cool in my book, however, they may wear (had for Jason) the robin suit they were no "robin" in my book. Stephine included in that.
