I leaned over and started to put my ear to his chest, but I remembered that if Seto was a vampire, then Mokie was, too. Seto put his hand on his brother and just like that, he turned to ashes. Seto broke down and cried. I held him just as I did before and I cried, too. An evil laugh was growing even closer to us. Seto looked up at Gozaburo a.k.a. Cap’n Crunchy Hair. “What do you think of my handy work, Seto?” Seto’s anger was overflowing onto me. “You basterd!” Seto sent his hidden blade through Gozaburo’s head, catching him off guard. All I could do was stare then.
After that, Seto and I have been on the run for months. We were getting attacked by monsters left and right. Until one day, Seto said he wanted to tell me some thing. We were walking in the woods, his left arm around me. “Kyra, you remember my parents’ plan?” “Yep.” I said. “Well, I only told you part of it because I wasn’t sure how you’d take it. Until that day…” I knew that Seto was referring to the day Mokie was murdered. “The reason why I had to protect you,” he sat down at the base of a tree and I sat between his legs (me: you know how >.< ). He wrapped his arms around me and he said, “ We are to be married within 2 months.” The look on my face when I turned around, excitement mixed with shock, fueled his response. “My parents made the arrangements on our first birthday.”
I remembered. “That’s so cool, Seto!” I exclaimed. Seto raised an eyebrow. “You wouldn’t be ashamed to have me as a husband?” “No way! Why would you think that? He’s too cute when he does that! “Then,” he shifted so that he was on one knee. “Will you marry me?” he asked and pulled out the most beautiful diamond ring I’ve ever seen. “Of course I will, Seto!” I hugged him as he smoothed my hair and kissed my forehead. He put the ring on my finger ad it was a perfect match. “I think we should have a reunion. But now you must rest.” He said. I yawned. “What about you?” “I’m not worried about myself. I’m worried about your health.” He said. Seto is so sweet; I thought and fell asleep in his arms.
I woke up and yawned. “Good morning sleeping beauty.” Said my favorite person. I smiled. “You watched me sleep?” “Of course.” He said and kissed my nose. “ You ready to go?” I nodded. “I believe in you, Kyra.” That was an odd thing to say. Don’t you think? I was about to ask him about it, but he had already called some kind of taxi that I’ve never seen before to Earth.

Everywhere I looked, there was some kind of high tech gadget. “Seto, this is Earth?” “Yes, this is where all the vampires live.” “Why is there not this much technology back home?” “Technically, this is home. Vampires are more technologically advanced.” He said. Wow, I thought.
We reached this sky fortress that was so majestic I instantly recognized it as a palace. “Is that the Lady Kyra?” I heard someone ask when Seto and I got out of the taxi.
