But umm.. Aang and Katara look pretty good together when they are littler..like above...but when they look older... or will look older one day...Zuko and Katara look better together
Not entirely true. Aang could end up with somebody else other than Katara. In fact, I love the couple of Onji and Aang. :D It's my favorite Aang coupling. And I think the same about Mai with Zuko. Mai and Aang could both just move on to other people. Or really, just so there's no loose ends in the seires, a girl from Team Avatar hooks up with a guy from Team avatar. For an example, if it were that way I would like it like Zuko and Katara, Aang and Toph, and Sokka and Suki. Then all the characters should be happy. =]
Hmmm...to tell you the truth I'm not sure. There are dozens of reasons why I don't like Kataang, but I suppose most people like Kataang because it's the only thing that was in front of their faces. If only people would look a little deeper and have more of an open-mind, they would see more possiblities better than Kataang such as Zutara. A long time ago when I was a Kataanger, that's why I liked it. It was the only romance on the show with the main character that I just loved waiting for to happen. But then my sister and my mom introduced me to the concept of Zutara, and then I just fell in love with it. So, really, I don't know. I think that people just want the main character to be happy in every way, which includes winning the war and getting the one he loves. However, that's not life. So, once again, really I don't know. I'm sorry. :[ I hope I do help you in some way though. :]

Heh i like zutara..i asked my little sister..4 and 6 year olds. And i asked who should be together and they said Aang and Katara. I thought they were cute but i then said what about Zuko and Katara and they said i dont know caus she likes aang and they kiss and he is bad. But once they see him come into team avatar they loved the idea..plus they have the same clolur hair! heh.
for me i think they paird Aang with katara simply because they SUCK! i heard that Zuko and Katar was originally meant to be ( In my eyes there are still) but then they said that it would be better forn the kids if Kataang happened so blame them if next time the 'kids' right now are gonna be corrupting minor! well anyway I hope that Zutara happens in the movie and thank you fanfiction.net for making me feel welcome! who likes Zutara out there? Spaek out!
yah! i like theparing sooooo much since the way she ended up with aang is just like ending up with sokka! isn't that great? i mean hello? Aang is like a little brother to her and she and zuko has chemistry
we all no zuko would risk himself to save katara. aang couldnt becaue he's the avatar and he'd remember that he can not beause s soul duty is to the world. I wish they would have kissed in the series. In "The Ember Island Players" katara claimed she ws cnfused i think she was confused whether she loved zuko or aang :D
It's just a cutsey relationship that doesn't entirely make sense. I guess if you spent THAT long with him and were isolated from everyone else... you could fall in love. It's unoriginal.. the hero gets the girl. Big whoop. Whatever the reason, Mai will have to deal with Zuko forever having a scar from saving another girl (*cough*Katara)
I always loved this show and there weren't any characters that I didn't really like. From the beginning there was something hinted at between Zuko and Katara. And from the beginning all that I could see between Aang and Katara was a relationship like that of a brother and sister.
When Zuko and Katara were imprisoned together under Ba Sing Sei, when he joined their group and she was more hurt than everyone else, when he helped her find the man who killed her mother, the Ember Island Players hinting at a relationship between them and him sitting between Aang and Katara, everyone saying that Katara was his girlfriend, and the final battle scene with Azula where he jumped in front of Katara to save her, these were all moments that screamed to me that they belonged together along with some other smaller moments that I cannot think of at the moment. And when they threw Aang and Katara together at the end of the show, I died inside. I love Aang but him and Katara weren't good together and as for Mei I didn't care who she ended up with as long as it wasn't Zuko and sure enough, the put her with Zuko. :P
