This is for yerh comment on my pick in the Vegetarian spot.
I didn't say yeh were going to die if yeh didn't eat fish...
I didn't say you had to take a suplement.
That's what other people commented; not necessarily me.
And I don't eat fish, but I do eat dairy. :/
You aren't gonna die, and I don't think that anyone implied that.
But you CAN get amenia from iron deficiency. It's not frequent though. :/ Posted over a year ago
