EXERSIZE~ THE WORK OUT SPOT i am about twenty five pounds overweight. i want to start working out this summer. im about to move to a place that has a walking track, golf course, swimming pools, weight lifting area, and all of that. im gonna put that to good use. lol i was looking online for some good work out tips, and diet tips, and i could hardly find a thing! so i thought i bet fan pop has something on this subject... hell no. lol so i figured why not just create it myself? so here it is.

im thinking about blogging about this as well. i will probably make some video blogs as i exersize, and keep posted...

1. For this design you will need one light and one dark nail polish color. Choose yellow, white or orange for a sun shape. Any dark nail polish will work well for background.

Childhood Memories this is about the same blog i wrote on myspace, i actually had taps, you know the paranormal investigators from tv contact me, wanting me to put my story in their magazine. thats when i had my page hacked and didnt know it, i responded to the lady.. and she never contacted melater i found out that every message i had been sending wasnt even being sent=(

anyways, here is my story.. this is kinda long.
