iPod It's technologically possible, so why hasn't anybody decided to put up kiosks in various places where you can load up your Ipod or other device with a bunch of your favorite category of tunes for personal use, without having to own or bother with a PC or Mac?

Please don't say "rights issues" because we all know that rights are easily negotiated for. What ELSE is stopping this from becoming a reality?

Oh where oh where is my money gone?

"Model T" Computers I appreciate computer progress as much as anybody, speaking in theoretical terms, but where oh where is the Model T of computers? You know, cheap, reliable, rugged, and capable? But mostly, something you can buy off the shelf and take home (or turn on in your car) and communicate with the Web (and your friends) without a lot of unnecessary expense? Just the basics, please, for say $100? Please don't say the IPhone or any widget cellphone or text messager, but something substantial.
