Giving Back To Fanpop

So we, as users, take a lot from Fanpop every day. We watch videos, we take quiz's, share awesome links, etc. We all have gained something from Fanpop, whether it be a funny video, or a cool new website. So I was thinking that perhaps maybe once a month, if even that, a mass majority (as many users we can get) would all add one thing. Whether it be a video, a quiz, a soapbox, or even just a link, we would all be giving back. I was thinking that it could be the first of every month. Maybe even a time could be assigned to that date, which would allow other users to get to know each other and...

-What To Live By-
Four young gents from Liverpool once told me, "The Love You Make Is Equal To The Love You Take." And in retrospect, they couldn't be any more right. Many people try to live by one philosophy, like "Give and you shall receive," or "There are no foolish questions, only foolish people." Bt, in reality, this is not a soap box article about philosophies to live by, but how one rock group changed my life forever.

When I first started playing Pokemon, I was 7 years old, and in first grade. I had just got my GameBoy Color, and I was very excited. So for a while I played games like Zelda and Super Mario, and other Nintendo classics. So for a while I was content. Then, a friend of mine brought his GameBoy over to my house. It turns out that he had just gotten the Pokemon Gold Version. He was already on his second gym, and never stopped playing it. So naturally I wanted the game too. So I begged and pleaded with my parents who finally reluctantly bought it for me. I was very happy. So I began to play.
