Damon/Elena vs. the world.

Damon & Elena This post is pretty much going to consist of what I hear Damon/Elena-haters say about the D/E relationship and my response to that. It's not because I want to "excuse" anything, but I'd like to point out how some of what I read doesnt make any sense.

Hater: Damon & Elena getting together will ruin Stefan & Damon's relationship. Delena will only destroy the brother's and make Stefan sad and miserable. The brothers shouldnt fight over a woman.

My thoughts on Damon/Elena in 2x01 (plus answering some haters)

Damon & Elena Since watching the fantastic premiere f the second season of The Vampire Diaries (TVD), I’ve been mesmerized by the beauty of how the storylines were weaved together, and especially the Stefan/Katherine and Damon/Elena scenes. However,I’ve heard my fair share of anti-Damon/Elena talk about the premiere and especially the last scene in Elena’s bedroom. I’ll just quote some of the statements that seemed the most provoking to me and answer them.

“Damon came to Elena’s room for the wrong reasons – after Katherine broke his heart.”

This entry is something I have been working on for a long, long, looong time now, and it consists of my thoughts about Damon and Elena from the Vampire Diaries both in the books and in the show.
