The Idea Behind Giving Props

Well, I started using fanpop back in May 2007, and since then I see how the community keeps increasing in numbers which is great. I haven't been the most active user for a while now, but as I said somewhere else, I've always loved the site and therefore I come back every once in a while to spend some time fanpopping.

There is something I've noticed lately, that is obviously hard to control as the amount of users grows, but I thought I would point it out. What I noticed is a serious misunderstanding of the idea behind the "props" feature.

Why They Should Not Have Cancelled "The Class"

The Class Cast

I have not been a fan of "The Class" from the beginning, because I had no idea it even existed. One time I was in an airplane and they showed an episode of "The Class". I thought it was really funny and later decided to check it out.

From that moment, I feel in love with the show. There was something about it that made me laugh (to the point of tears) in each episode. I hadn't laughed so much in a show since Friends.

The Class was nominated for an Emmy, and won a People's Choice Award... So that should mean something!

- Your mother yells at the top of her lungs to call you to dinner and you only live in a small apartment/house.

- You know at least one person in your family named Maria, Carlos, Juan, Jose, Tito or Luis.

- You are in a 4-passenger car with 7 people in it and a person shouting, "SUBANSE, TODAVIA CABEN!" (jajaja)

- You get people's attention by saying "chhh chhh" or "Pssssst."

This article really started off as a forum topic, but then became too long to be one, so I decided to just write it as a soapbox. It is mainly about Rory's last love interest: Logan Huntzberger. I know, as I write this, that most people will disagree with me but I still want to give my opinion on Logan.

I know that many people did not like Logan and especially didn't like him with Rory.. I have to completely disagree because I LOVED Logan..

Most people liked the Rory/Jess relationship and I did too, they were very cute together but I think Logan was a better...

Soccer/Football: More Than Just a Sport

Picture I took in an Argentinean Soccer game!

I was looking through the soccer spot, and I read the description "one ball to unite the world", so I felt like writing the first soapbox for the spot...

Here's my "soccer story"...
I am from Argentina, and here soccer is not just a sport, it's a kind of lifestyle. Everyone has their team (many times you "inherit" your team by family, others you just become a fan later) but everyone has a soccer club to support.

I have been to a few soccer games, and seeing my country play is one of the best experiences ever!
