[b] It has been so long that I figured most of you will have forgotten about me completely... well, I'm not dead, as it happens. And I recently, after months, wrote this... It's intense and involves my usual ingredients: angst, friendship, drama and hopefully insight. I thought I'd post it here to notify all of you that I'm still here, and not just those on the fanfic spot. It's really quite long, but it has a certain flow to it (I've heard... you know me, I won't believe its good until someone says so) that makes it very easy to read. This follows House fresh out of Mayfield... the rest will...
So... I haven't done Huddy in a long time, but this is my thing: it's angsty, it's sweet... and then it gets rough!

He had always known this day would come... a day without choice, a day with his cure as a cause. He'd dreamt of a knock on the door, the fleeting illusion of friendship resounding on its surface.
Had he expected the benign teasing and his moments of utter humanity to place an actual human being at the other end of it? A female one at that?
I felt the need to update my existing theory about the guilt and the blame between House & Wilson since we now know the hallucinations will be vicodin induced... BUT the theory still stands.
This is my opinion only, it should not be taken as a fact... except for the list of alternative chronic pain medications, those are facts.
Let me explain:
1: Kutner.
First of all, the sneak peaks show House telling Wilson that he's seeing Kutner... but he would be questioning Kutner, still trying to find out why he killed himself...
I have a new theory in the light of the new sneak peeks and what we know about the rest of the season... have you noticed how the clips are overly light? In a Claire Obscure kind of way? (the adding of artificial lighting when it's not supposed to be there) I know the last few episodes have been dark but they are all seemingly sporting personal halos in the sneak peeks... what if the episode, or part of it, is a hallucination? I mean... Amber appeared in the saviours episode, House says it has been four days since he slept last,...
It's THC again... decided to post my newest piece here since it has been a while. I've been on LJ the last month or so. It's the usual: House + Wilson strong friendship, angst, tissue worthy depending on how soft you are and PG-13. It contains heavy spoilers for 5x23 "Under My Skin"... that means insomnia and hallucinatory Amber!
