Here's a little introduction to The Farm...
AfterEllen.com reports on january 15th:
[i]At the Television Critics Association Winter Press Tour yesterday, Showtime president Robert Greenblatt released a few details about the pilot for the L Word spinoff, a drama series set in a women's prison and tentatively titled The Farm.
The pilot has been shot, Greenblatt told reporters, but Showtime execs have not yet seen it cut together.
One of the characters from The L Word actually goes to prison, and the show then moves to prison with...

Hey there, everyone! It's the start of a brand new year, and I know we all have brand new ideas for our lives. That is why I want to open this year up with the first ever Fanpop poetry contest! It's basic and simple, because everyone can write poetry, and it's short which means everyone can read all of the submissions in a brief period of time, whereas stories may take longer. However, if you're a story-writer (I sympathize), never fear! If this contest goes well, I may sponsor a Fanpop Short Story Contest afterwards.

So last night, August the 2nd/3rd, depending on where you were, I witnessed a phenomenon I have not seen on the internet for quite some time, I've seen glimmers of it, hints and comments, but I've not had it so blatantly thrust in my face until last night. I am, of course, talking about unity. No, not unity against a 'common enemy' or a 'troll' as many people on the internet assume is unity, but genuine "I can just click something to make someone feel a little better" kind of unity.
