I have to say, it took me awhile to get past my first impression of Twilight. Actually, I had never even heard of the books until I saw people gushing about them on Fanpop. I scoffed at the Fanpoppers comparing them to Harry Potter, never questioning my belief that nothing could come close to the level of awesomeness that is the HP series.

just thought i'd drop a quick line to say that i'm going away on vacation for 10 days tomorrow. i'm going to be dancing my buns off at a kick ass music festival in the mountains, so if you don't see me around for awhile - that's why! i will be back in a couple of weeks, hopefully with plenty of new ideas for the Debate spot.. which seems to have grown a little stagnant in the last few weeks.

(Cinderella is on her hands and knees, scrubbing the floor; she is wearing an apron and a kerchief, and a pale of soapy water sits next to her. She looks up from her work as the lights go up, wipes her forehead, wrings out a sponge and gets to her feet.)
After a long cold winter, TV is back! With more new episodes of all our favourite shows cropping up every week, our spirits are higher than they've been in months. Still, there's a very large "BUT" hanging about.
Our shows are back, BUT, they've all been moved around and a great many of them are now appearing on the same nights! I'll allow that this whole rant might just because this is the first time that my favourite shows are suddenly all scheduled at the same time... it's possible that other people have had this happen before. Still, I'm sure I'm not alone.
Hello One Tree Hill fans! I know I'm relatively new to this spot - and relatively new to One Tree Hill, actually - but there are some things that have been really bothering me. It actually took me a long time to decide to join this spot because the issues I have with it didn't make it seem like a very welcoming place to be.
