I like NaiXGareki, YogiXpinkhaireddocter and maybe a bit of GarekiXYogi but I don't yet ship GarekiXNai as much as I thought I would yet. I don't know why GarekiXYogi is more popular than NaiXGareki at the moment though, maybe a scene in the manga or something?
