Been to uni and I can tell you I've met a lot of university graduates who don't know what they're talking about half the time. And yes, I'm including myself in this group as well.

- True, if it's already moving and if it's continuing to move in the same direction at the same speed with no force acting against it (friction, air, etc). To get it to move from a resting position, change direction, stop, accelerate or decelerate, you need to apply force to it. And force = mass X acceleration. - from the little bits I remember from highschool science classes.
However as vampires also get much stronger after their transformation, there should be no problems with them applying enough force to move as they wish. The only issue would be great big foot imprints whenever they move/change direction/accelerate/decelerate/etc. But hey don't quote me on this as like I said it's just from bits and pieces I remembered from science classes.
Agree with everything else though so overall I think it's a good article.
