Its been a while since I wrote one of these doodads, so excuse the rusty-type phrasing.
So, some of you may have noticed that I have dropped off the Fanpop radar-becoming a stealth Poppette, if you will (though I am annoyed at the distinct lack of forums, etc, wailing and crying about my absence-looking at you, Obby!).
This is a direct correlation with the Scary Real Life. I got a job. I went back to college. I started working at my youth group again. I was washing my hair. And so forth.
People, it is with a heavy heart that I right this. It has come to my attention that people are dishonouring Là le Phadraig.
I know, I know, it is shameful, sickening and downright disrespectful. Contain youselves a moment.
How? How are they desecrating the most important day in the Irish social calender?
St. Patty's.
That's right. Patty. I have seen people who use this foul bastardisation freely. It must be stopped, before the minds of the people are completely corrupted.
Anyone notice the severe amount of hate floating round the site lately?
I have. And it sickens me. I've stayed silent in the past. I've tried to treat other users with respect. I've given people the benefit of the doubt.
No more.
The amount of 'hate' spots, anti-fan spots, picks insulting other users- people, need I remind you that this 'Fan'pop. Look it up in the dictionary. F-A-N. You see the word 'anti' or 'hate' anywhere? I hate Smurfs, do you see me making an Anti-Smurf spot?
