This is not really an article, just something you should read. Specially if you think she doesn't diserve to be on Grey's anymore because she pulled out of the Emmy's and mentioned she didn't get the necessary material.
She said she would've loved to try and go for another Emmy, because it was "the most wonderful feeling in the world". Isn't it brave to want something but know you don't diserve it and give others the chance?
