Well, obviously the 100th episode will be the setting for a wedding. But now I'm thinking it might still be Meredith and Derek getting married. Nobody ever specifically said that the wedding was going to be in the May 7th episode. Maybe, it is postponed to the season finale because of complications with Izzie or something else like that.
