She appears in season 1.She is a friend of Blair,until Blair was dethroned as Queen Bee.
She is also a friend of Isabel ,Katy and Penelope!
At the snowflake ball,she,Isabel and Penelope decided to publicly humiliate Vanessa!!!Well done to them!
At Jenny's birthday party,she apologizes to Jenny about the Valentino Dress from her mother that Jenny took.
At the season finale,she,Penelope,Isabel and Nelly made Jenny to throw her hat in the ring as to decide for next year,who is going to become the Queen Bee.
I am very happy about season 7,which is airing on Monday 14 September,because of the new characters and old ones returning.
It's about the 30-year old Danneel Harris(Rachel Gatina),who is returning for the second episode as Rachel Gatina .
My opinion about Rachel is the following:
When she first came to Tree Hill,I didn't like her character, because she was messing with Lucas and casued many troubles:stole Brooke's cheerleadering squad and opened the time capsule and caused many deaths in the tragic shooting day:Jimmy and Keith.
Millicent (Millie Huxtable)is a new character to One Tree Hill and she has become quite popular and this is why she has so many fans.
Here is my list of reasons:
1.She is extremely beautiful,talented(I love the way she taught Mouth some games in 5.07-In da Club episode).
2.She is an extremely good friend,she'll never lie or betray you;She is always next to Brooke in good,sad,funny,dramatic moments.
3.She and Mouth have a very good and steady relationship.
4.She is extremely forgiving:she'll forgive you even if you said something nasty or horrible about her....
