Demi Lovato pretties up the September 2009 issue of Sugar magazine.

The 16-year-old singer dished to the mag about her strong relationship with BFF Miley Cyrus.

She shared, “Miley â€“ who I call Dragon from our favorite film Step Brothers â€“ has been amazing. We talk every day and sheâ€™s given me so much advice. Recently she sent me this four page text message encouraging me and telling me she has faith in me. It was so inspiring and made me feel great â€“ because I do get overwhelmed by the paps sometimes.”

Demi Lovato and Tiffany Thornton have a heart-to-heart chat in this new still from Sonny With A Chance.

In the upcoming episode “Sonny in the Kitchen with Dinner,” Tawni (Thornton) has a crush on the new intern (guest star Robert Adamson) and enlists Sonny (Lovato) to teach her how to act “normal” to impress him. After a slew of unfortunate events, Sonny must use her resources to help save their date. Meanwhile, Nico (Brandon Smith) and Grady (Doug Brochu) attempt to get a sandwich named after them.
