Actor Ewan McGregor is urging fans to raise funds for a hospice in his native Scotland by downloading a charity Christmas song penned by a paralysed boy.

What do you know now that you didn’t know in your 20s?
“I know that it’s important to remain active no matter what. I think we take that for granted when we’re younger, but when we get a little older you have to make plans to move.
“I’m quite an active person, but sometimes I’m in towns where you don’t have a place to move, so it’s easy to think, ‘Forget it.’ I know you can never do that. You can walk miles around any city. You can walk hundreds of miles, and it keeps you healthy and feeling great.

The Thai crew working on tsunami film The Impossible initially feared the production was "cursed" and performed a ritual to improve their luck, according to actor Ewan McGregor.
The new drama chronicles the story of a family's survival in the aftermath of the horrific Indian Ocean tidal wave that killed more than 230,000 people on December 26th, 2004.
McGregor travelled to Thailand to shoot scenes on location and admits bouts of bad weather prompted fears among locals that the project was doomed.

She's 'Collaborating With Some New, Inspiring Producers' for Eighth Studio Set
Britney Spears doesn't want to talk about her possible exit from "The X Factor," instead she's shifting attention to her upcoming eighth studio album.
While answering fan questions on Twitter today (Dec. 30), the pop superstar revealed she's " working hard" on her next album and "really focused on my music right now" and that she is "collaborating with some new inspiring producers."
