10 months ago: Hmm it seems like he's interested in you! I think that he either could be into you, or he could just be apart of the flirting game, you know? Like for the fun of flirting. It's hard to tell if you don't know him. Is he around your age, though? If he is, it could mean that he is interested. But honestly, you'll never know until you get to know him. Perhaps when you two catch each other's eyes again, say hello! It doesn't have to go any further than that for the first time, but the next time you say hi will be less nerve-wracking, and perhaps he'll say something else. :)
