Get ready for another crazy 24 hours of Jack Bauer
I just completed watching Day 5 of 24 via Netflix and it was AWESOME. I knew that I had to scramble and play catchup before Day 6 began on January 14. Now I felt comfortable going back to see all the great videos that have been posted online preparing people for the new season of Day 6. I thought I'd write a soapbox article to get everyone primed and ready for some more exciting CTU action with our favorite hero Jack Bauer.

Just as a refresher, at the end of Day 5, President Logan was arrested for murder of President David Palmer and many others as well as for treason against the United States with the sanctioning of Centox Nerve Gas. 18 months earlier, however, the Chinese government wanted Jack Bauer for infiltrating and murdering a consulate. At the end of Day 5, the Chinese captured Jack and brought him back to China. Their goal was to torture him into revealing the identity of a secret American agent in China. The prequel video shows what happens when Jack is in China.

On Day 6, a new terrorist threat arises as major US cities are targeted with attacks. Jack Bauer is returned from the Chinese government to the United States and must once again save the day for the new President, Wayne Palmer, brother of the slain ex-President David Palmer. Here's the trailer from Fox for the exciting new season of 24.

The new season starts on January 14 and 15 with FOUR hours of Day 6 with back-to-back episodes on both days. Get your TiVos ready folks, cuz we're in for another wild ride!

jack didn't murder the consulate, they enterd with tranq guns and the consulate was killed with friendly fire in the back. But of course the Chinese were pissed that they had gone in anyway thus wanting SOMEONE to pay. that's when someone on jacks team came forward and outed Jack...

:)

My question is why did the Chinese return jack to the US?
