I didn't hear anything about that. I know there has been some speculation about Liam and Annie hooking up but but Matt Lanter himself has said that they'll only "find each other at interesting, complementary places in their lives." :)

I heard that there will be a new chick, Ivy, and Liam will like her too. Ivy is a surfer, and I guess they'll meet on the beach...

There is a new girl, Ivy, but so far she only likes him. He's shown no interest in her whatsoever so far. We'll have to wait & see if he does.
