Moloko plus consist of:

1)Milk (obviously)
2)An anti nauseal to prevent vomitting/nausea and to sharpen your mind for the ultra violence
3)A strong drug, they never say which but they hint it to be an amphetamine type thats not violently addictive, odds are Speed since it sharpens you up to the point where you have little to no fear
4)Another drug but this one being for arousal purposes, its one of the reasons Alex and the droogs wear those cups, with the benefit of a full time arousal it speeds along the rape process and time is always crucial especially when committing ultra violence and rape
