Pauley says she's a civilian working in many interviews...you could probably Google the interview of Pauley and Michael Weatherly, they were interviewed by Dana Greenlee (sp?) and I'm pretty sure Pauley mentioned that everyone, except Gibbs were in the Navy or Marines...I could be wrong though
