Lucid is regulated by the US government and thujone/wormwood is still not allowed in the brand along with the others. It is a marketing ploy along with a socialist government to make you believe that this is the real deal in the USA.
Socialist government in the US? Was that a serious statement or were you being funny? I lived there for 48 years and I can assure you the US is just about polar opposite of Socialist.
And yes. There is wormwood in it. The law states a maximum of 10% thujone is allowed to be added to Absinthe manufactured in the US. It is not illegal to buy, own, or drink Absinthe with a higher content, just to sell it in the liquore stores and bars... so they can order it on the internet.
