my absolute favorite thing to look for is Adam's facial expressions. They range from looking like he's going to kill someone, to a little boy ready to cry. Half of the time he just cracks me up!
That's one of the things he's really great at, both as Jayne from 'Firefly'/ 'Serenity', and as Casey in 'Chuck'.
Another thing I like to look for is the t-shirts he's wearing (you usually have to pause to read them - I wonder if he gets to pick them out).
Being a fan of both shows, I can't help but to compare the two characters when I'm watching, though I wish he still had beard.
I'm afraid I have never seen Firefly(I'm terrible, I know) but I have just rewatched Chuck and his facial expressions are priceless. Every single scene I am distracted by his expressions, he makes me laugh out loud without even having to say a word!!
