if you are not feeling safe,and youre afraid talk 2 sum1 close 2 u family memeber,friend,but u MUST MUST go and talk 2 a doctor bcs if thers sumthin wrong going on,u may not noe about it but a doctor will help you,dont b afraid 2 admit it 2 them,,they r ppl u can trust an u musnt worry.dont b afraid,ur safe,and u got a lot of ppl behind u,bcs they all care WE all care,and u must be sure of urself.

okay first calm down it could just be your mind playing tricks on you it happens first of all is there any medications you are taking that could be the reason there are a number of things that could cause this get a goodnights rest and it should all be okay in the morning if its not then you may want to tell someone about it that can help like a parent but i had things like this happen to especially from lack of sleep or a new medicine or something so its probably really nothing to worry about but if it gets worse tell someone hope this helps i really don't know what else to say
