it's not a fashion statement but an akatsuki rule since the partners wear the same color so it's gotta be a rule:3
yeah, I think you're right. It's got to be a rule cause all the partners have the exact same nail polish color. It's probably how they mark who is who's partner, like how the rings show their rank in Akatsuki.
