Mine is Pein, (aka Nagato's human puppets) because it seems like the only character i've ever seen to have piercings or act so serious that nothing can be made fun or teased about the character. Also, Pein has some twisted overatted powers, all in 6 bodies to do one style amazing jutsus. Even though Pein lost, and all died sadly...Pein did rule the Rain Village, nearly destroyed Konoha, killed really tough foes, and caused Naruto to almost go all the way to 9...so Pein owns.
