It dephines his movies. I think that one color became the new thing he should of kept with black & white. But also his color movies have a strange inoscence about them that freakes me out.

I'd say the quality of the film doesn't make a difference in color or B&W, but I somehow am more afraid when theres no color...?

Done correctly, they can create more of an eerie feel with the lighting and shadows in the black and whites... create more of an unknown or sinister quality as it were.
