Why do YOU love Andy?

Post your favorite Andy moment, or the instance when you fell in love with him. Let's hear it, people!

Here's mine:
The moment he started singing along with Jim to Lovefool by the Cardigans, I knew it was love. That song is amazing, and designated for amazing people only. Andy and Jim happen to be on that list.
