It was like it said: "Hi!"

The smallest animals have feelings.
At least, it wouldn’t surprise me if they have. Even insects can build trust on you, if you don’t scare them away like everyone does.
[b]Trust.
Trust? Insects? What? “How could something as a fly or an ant possibly build trust on you?” It’s something I’ve heard. I’ve learned something the other day, it went a little bit like this:
I went to mom’s for my little sister’s birthday. The whole mother’s side of the family was chatting with each other, when I noticed a small ladybug on the arm of the couch I was sitting on.
At first it didn’t seem to have interest in me at all. It just sat there on the white clothed couch, motionless, staring at the rest of the crowd. I tried to let it walk about on my hand, so I slowly placed my index finger inches before its white spotted head.
I saw it moving backwards slightly, while rotating it’s body towards me. It looked rather reluctant, and ready to fly away out of defense at any moment.

I was on you tube earlier and watched a video named animal abuse. I didn't make it trough the first minute. All those animals have been scarred for life. not just from the wounds but they were scarred in the soul. never again would most of them learn to love us. We are the reason dogs and cats and other animals are disappearing. I have a very soft yet sturdy heart. I love pets and wildlife alike. You should never lay a hand on an animal unless in self defense or for love. If you give animals a chance and the right love and care, they will in return give you love, respect, and protection. The video said " Imagine your self tied to a tree year after year staring at the door in hopes of someone coming out to play. But no one does." Most animals who have been neglected don't make it. Don't make it your beloved pet or anyone's. Please hear me out. Spread the word and help stop animal abuse with me.
Thank you,

1. Do not run. The animal will most likely haave seen and smelled you already, and running will only cause it too you more attention.
2. Try to make yourself appear bigger. Open up your coat wide. Mountain lions are less likely to attack a larger animal.
3. Hold your ground, wave your hand, and shout. Show it that you are not defensless.
4. Back away slowly or wait until the animal moves away. Do not turn your back to the animal.
5. If the lion is still aggressive, throw rocks. Convince the lion that you are not prey and that you may be danerous yourself.
6. Fight back if you are attacked. Most mountain lions are small enough that an average human would be able to ward off an attack. Hit the mountain lion, esp. around the eyes and mouth. Use sticks, fists, rocks, or anything else around you. Never get down on the ground, or play dead. Protect your neck and throat at all costs, because mountain lions tend to grab their prey by their necks and drag them down.
