Sam Lockwood-Beresford looked at her clock on her nightstand. It read 4:20 it was the first time in two months that she was not up feeding her newborn baby. She was thrilled. It's about time. Sam thought with tired relief.

Sam Lockwood-Beresford was extremely nervous and happy. She had just come from an routine doctor's appointment and was waiting for her driver Patrick Barren.

She had made the appointment because she hadn't been feeling well for a few days. Sam had been vomiting and feeling fatigued. She just assumed that it was the stress she was under as her mother-in-law's personal assistant. Her doctor Dr. Weston wanted to perform some tests as a precaution.

“Stop, please I'm still awake. God Sam help me, Make them stop Tell them I'm still awake!” Sam Lockwood-Beresford awoke with a slight start at the sound of her husband's screams. She was getting used to them. Sam rubbed the sleep form her eyes and looked at the clock on her nightstand it read 5:46.

As quietly as she could Sam edged closer to her husband she wrapped her arms around his waist. She whispered soothingly “Clay, sweetheart it's all right your safe it's okay.”
