Does anybody else think that scarecrow and other characters should have been casted differently?

I DO NOT like batman but my twin sister does (mostly this guy) and she always says that the casting directors are way off.
Here are some examples of people she thinks should play who.
1. Scarecrow-Robert Joy
2. Mad Hatter-Timothy Spall
3. Poison Ivy-Mary Louise Parker
4. Catwoman-Angelina Jolie
5. Two Face-possilby Brad Pitt
6. Ras al Ghul-Hugh Jackman
7. Black Mask-John Turturro
8. Ventriloquist-Jim leikur
9. comissioner Gordon-Gary Oldman will have to do (although my sister says Gary Ridgeway AKA green river killer would've been great).
10. Talia Head-Jennifer Lopez
11. Harley Quinn-Heather Graham
12. Second Ventriloquist-Heidi Klum
13.Bane-Booeyman (the wrestler)
15. Penguin-Danny Davido
16.Harvey Bullock-John Goodman
17.Renee Montoya- Judy Reyes
18. Slade Wilson-Robert Englund
