I wrote this a while ago so I dont know if its any good...
The Epic Fight
The time called for Beowulf to go prove himself a hero once again. The dark monster of Grendel’s kin came and swept lord Hrothgar’s kinsman in a bloodied wave. The lord once again witnessed one of his own people perish from the face of the earth.
Beowulf and his noble troop followed the bloody track, the track that was created with innocent blood that was spilled upon the arrival of the devil’s creation. They stalked the trail until they reached the shelter of the monster, a demon’s mere. It was a hideous swamp swarming with evil. Dark clouds draped over it like a heavy curtain, making the warriors breath without ease. The hero himself, prepared for battle.
The son of Ecgtheow, stood before the monster’s den. He was illuminated with his spider webbed mail and a mighty sword that flickered in the slight rays of the sun that managed to find its way through the heavy curtain of clouds. The sword that he clenched, faithfully served many in the time of need. The blade flashed with glory of defeating many weak and worthless...
