Here's a simple drink you can make for refreshments at parties or just for a treat on a hot summer evening, which I adapted from various types of raspberry limeade drinks I've tried at various bars and restaurants over the years.

Ingredients
* a tall glass (highball works well, but any glass will do in a pinch)
* ice
* a lime or lemon-lime soda (I use Sprite as it has the strongest lime flavor of mass-market sodas)
* a fresh lime
* raspberry syrup (I use Torani, but you can use whatever variety you like)
