Mum, have you been raiding the attic again for all our awesome treasures?
Believe it or not,Berni, I have ALL of these except for the Mona Sammy and Maurice painting & the mobile phone pouch. I have 4 double kitchen cupboards full of Bewitched collectibles (both vintage and more recent).
I've picked the Tabitha doll because she is the rarest and most highly sought by collectors. A Tabitha in it's original box is extremely hard to find, one fetched $6,000 at an auction in the States a couple of years ago. Without the box she's worth between $1,000-2,000 depending on condition.
I bought my Tabitha from a seller here in Australia and paid only $100 about 18 months ago. The seller later told me that she'd had the doll since she was a child but did not know that it was a Bewitched's doll.
I have to paint the spare room one of these days and display my collection - no good it sitting in the cupboards, lol. I've already bought a bassinette to display her in, awww!!!
I know, I know ... get a life,Cam!!! LOL!
Lol Cams ! I love hearing about all your collectables Cam,I want you to add more to this pic so i can see the all !I don't have any only DVD'S.I really should start a collection. As you know i adore the paper doll sets but this Tabitha doll looks gorgeous,What a fabulous thing to own you are soooo lucky Cammie. It also reminds me a bit of a doll i had as a child it was called "Tiny Tears"Do you remember her? But i have to say this doll is much much better.Maybe i need to get a life too lol !!
Do I remember Tiny Tears? Sista, I don't even remember my own name half the time,LOL!
I do remember Thumberlina dolls though, that's apparently what this seller thought she was auctioning off when she listed Tabitha.
