Hi! I'm ninibambini, a fanpop user! Now that I've introduced myself I have a topic to tell you about! Is Miley Cyrus holding back Billy Ray Cyrus? You know what I mean! From his career!(singing) Many fanpoppers and other people say she is but she isn't! She's helping! He's on an amazing show Hannah Montana with his daughter Miley! He sings on the show and he has lots of fun! I'm sure! Now many young kids know about him and like him even more now because he's on their favourite show Hannah Montana! Well it's your opinion. Whatever you think is okay but in my opinion Miley is helping, not holding him back!
