well i think since blaze was either dead or in another dimension either way when they defeated solaris the iblis that was sealed in blaze wasn't completely erased therefore blaze could proberly release this power kinder like when shadow uses chaos blast.

× No, I think she can't. Iblis was (I say "was", because events of Sonic 2006 do not even exist in the canonical timeline) just sealed into her. Using the power of Iblis would probably cause a chance for him to escape or something else. And, as you remember, Iblis was sealed into Elise but she wasn't able to control, or even notice Iblis' powers.
No because since she was never in Mobius and never sealed her self away with Iblis after sonic and elise blew out Iblis, Iblis never existed and she now lives where she was supposed to. Also the reason why she probably doesnt know Silver anymore. It's also possible that, like sonic and elise, they remember with thier hearts.
