The thought has previously crossed my mind and again tonight. However, I highly doubt it. I'm going along with _bones_ on this one. Emily seems like she's in a good place in her life right now, but I don't see her having that 'baby bug' just yet.

Anyone can look pregnant depending on the clothes you wear and many other factors. Also, breast size can fluctuate throughout your cycle, trust me. I don't spend an inordinate amount of time studying her breasts, but they didn't look any different to me than they did in the pilot episode.

I don't think it really matters, she looks beautiful, like always. Weather she is pregnant or not, I feel like, "good for you, you go girl!", either way. She's awesome and wonderful and has my support in what ever she ventures to do!

She is not pregnant. In the Monte Carlo interview she confirms that she is not pregnant, you can find the interview by youtubing Emily Deschanel.

The baby story line came like a year ago, And if you watch the second to last episode where she wants a baby she backs out because of booth's illness. Watch the Monte Carlo interview and she really does a good job of clearing up all of this stuff. She also said that a baby/pregnancy will be unlikely in season 5.

I thought this, too. Some episodes ago and in the new one, I thought it again. She also is wearing mostly something over her shirt and often only shown her upper body....I already started to research about it but I did not found anything...

I do know what you mean, in certain scenes and outfits it looks that way. But i honestly don't think she is, especially when you look at the photos from the genesis awards, there is absolutely no evidence or it. So it's more likely just a wardrobe thing.

I completely agree that she's not pregnant because Emily stated in the Monte Carlo interview that she wasn't and also the Brennan-Baby thing has been put off now because Booth had surgery. To me, she only looks like she might be pregnant in certain shots so it is most likely just the clothes she's wearing or the camera that has been used.

I don't think she is... I think it's just you. Perhaps she might've experienced a bit of weight gain? But no- I haven't noticed anything. It just doesn't seem plausable.

I was thinking that this week. If you look at her belly right before booth goes into surgery it kindof looks like she has a little pooch and an outty belly button. And it would explain why she wants a baby on the show.

I thought that emily deschenal looked pregnant too!! I am watching Bones right now, and just googled the question ...and currently have a 3 month old baby- I KNOW what a pregnant lady looks like!I mean the woman is beautiful, and still has slim legs and face, but everytime they show a 'full body' shot (which is rare now!) she has a scarf draped down her belly, or a coat or jacket on...and the jackets dont seem to fit quite right on her...

Nope!!!! theirs no baby on the way. First of all shes dating David Boreaz and I don't think they'd have a kid together yet. second she was asked that in an interview and awnsered no.

Just watched latest Bones episode, 8 Oct 09, and yes, Emily Deschanel looks like she is in the first trimester of preggers...its the stretching of the shirt on the bosom, and all shirts untucked and a bit loose about the abdomen. Time shall tell!

Well the way they shot the season opener it sure appears she could be pregnant now. Breasts more noticeable and that heavy coat she wore most of the show gave the appearance of them trying to hide something

She is definitely preggers. I just watched the October 14th episode, and her boobs and arms definitely are bigger. The way she dresses as well! The dress with high waist belt. I think the biggest give away is how they stopped and intentionally cut out all the angles that show her belly. I was able to catch a couple scenes where I could see a small bulge. I would say she's probably 3-5 months in.

Holy crap. Her boobs are huge. Bones never wore such revealing stuff before either so maybe we just never noticed. But to Emily, maybe you should talk to wardrobe... Id be pissed if I were her.

October 16, 2009. I just finished watching last night's episode. I noticed "Bones" hair seems a little flat, dull, lifeless...usually a sign that pregnancy hormones are at work in the female body.

I've heard some rumors and I believe that it's possible.Anyway it would be woonderful to have a baby especially if it's sychronized with her possible pregnancy in Bones....

I have been thinking that since the season started. I even asked my sister about it.

We were just saying she looks pregnant. She walks like a pregnant woman and is definitely wearing clothes that seemed styled to hide pregnancy. Plus, my daughter noticed other characters appear to be walking a little slower so as to make Bones look like she's moving quickly.

Just finished Nov 12 episode of 'Bones', and if deschanel is not pregnant, the producers / director are certainly trying to make it look as if she is.

She has been wearing very loose clothing recently. I think she is pregnant.

Yea i was wondering the same thing because in episode 5 "A night in the Bones museum" her boobs look huge! and it's not like i stare at her boobs all the time but in the dress she was wearing in the end scene with Booth they were busting out of the top nearly! And in previous episodes her boobs don't look that big in all the dresses and tops and stuff she wears. Very confusing

I noticed tonight that she does appear pregnant. It is subtle and I am not completely sure. I did comment to my husband that she looks pregnant.
I guess we will have to wait and see

Ever since season 5 started, Bones has started to wear jackets with everything and a lot of the shots are from the mid waist and up!
Yea and I noticed the dull hair too and a little waddle but waddling usually happens later in pregnancy when baby is getting pretty big.
I wished they would come out with it so ppl like us would stop talking about it!

I would definitely say she is I was watching the new episodes on cbs tonight and at the end it shows next weeks episode. Booth and her are going to an arcade and she is standing in a black and silverish dress with a long jacket and she has a pretty big belly.. yeahhh
