Out of some of the books on my 'waiting list' which should i read first?

Though I read and thoroughly enjoyed "Shopaholic." That one's a quick read (I finished it in maybe three days), so if you want to get it out of the way, I'd read that.

But Sophie's Choice is such a heartbreaking classic! I had to pick it.

Sadly, I haven't read any of these books :(
(Can you believe it??!? lol)

Anyways, Tess of the D'ubervilles is on my waiting list, too, so I'd love to hear some feedback if that's the one you choose :D

It's a classic! 'Tess' and 'Sophie's Choice' are heartbreakers, but 'Jane' has a lovely ending.

Depends on what you're looking for. For something lighter - more of a summer read, go with Confessions of a Shopaholic. If you're looking to catch up on some literature, I suggest Jane Eyre, though Tess is a good choice too in that category.

I liked Jane Eyre a lot, but I was expecting The Host to be terrible, but it was a lot better than I thought.

I LOVED Jane Eyre.

It does have a great ending, but some parts of it made me VERY emotional.

And parts of it were creepy. But it is a GREAT read. I really recommend it.

The Host is the greatest thing SMeyer has ever written, too.

It's much, much, MUCH better than Twilight.

The host is pretty cool, then Jane Eyre IS AWESOME!!! and then confessions of a shopaholic ( i haven't read it but i want to)

i loved the host. it was no shocker to me that i finished it in 5 days. it was a very trippy book so when u read it be sure u pay attention.

The Host (Stephanie Meyer) is a very good book too, but I think Birdsong is just amazing - If you're one of those people who save the best till last, read Birdsong last!

Jane Eyre is my all time favorite book. I always read it over and over.

Girl With a Pearl Earring is good, simple consistent plot.
Tess of the D'Urbervilles I really liked. Incredibly sad though.
Same goes for Sophie's Choice.

I READ JANE IN MY FRESHMAN YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL, I THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE TOTALLY BORING BUT I GOT INTO IT REALLY FAST AND I LOVED IT... GREAT ENDING!

Confessions of a Shopaholic is a good book though. Makes me laugh. But I love Jane Eyre.

Once you read this, you'll be dying to read the whole series.

It is SO FUNNY!

I love Jane Eyre, it's probably my favorite one on the list, but just make sure you have time to devote to it. Maybe read it over the holidays when you can really take it all in. Girl with the Pearl is a quick read and very enjoyable.
