Judas on a Pole is the best Bones/Booth episode and the best episode in general.

Aliens in a spaceship,one of my faves but it has to be The Killer in the Concrete. The way she is when Gallagers got booth shows she REALLY cares.

Two bodies in the lab because of the Hot Blooded scene and the depeche mode rescue in the end.

Either Aliens in a Spaceship of The Killer in the Concrete. Both show how devoted they are to each other.

Ahh, now I have to add The Verdict in the Story (with her dad's trial) because...well...it's just a fantastic episode. And all the looks and "moments"...yeah, wow.

I love the Two Bodies in a Lab episode and Aliens in a Spaceship because they both show how much Booth cares about Bones.

Woman in Limbo. I liked how she struggled with who she really was and all the inderlining indications towards Booth. Like when she said that she missed someone wanting to know where she was then he calls out to her......Or the fact that she has to keep reminding her self who she was and Booth comforts her, reminding her that he knows who she is. Oh and I really love the one where they are buried alive. Or the one where the voodoo came into it and she was almost done for murder. Screw it....I love them all Oh and The Skull In The Desert. I liked seeing the friendship between Angela and Bones.....

well...i have three
1.) Two Bodies in A Lab ( i mean seriously WHO didnt love watching that rescue scene??)
2.) Aliens in a Spaceship (when Booth pulls Bones out of the car..and when hes running to get to her...amazing!)
3.) Verdict in the Story.."thats alotta heart Bones"...makes me choke up every time i re-watch that episode..so touching

i liked aliens in a spaceship b/c we all know who she wrote the note to...... and "come on eggheads, work it!" is such a classic line! :D

plus, the pain in the heart b/c you see how much his death would've meant to her........

then, the classic rescue two bodies in a lab. the rescue and the hot Hot Blooded scene! what's not to love!

My favourite is totally the one where bones and hodgins are buried by the gravedigger..the way booth runs for her is just gorgeous.

aliens in a spaceship is definatly the best episode of any show ever! i get goosebumps everytime i see that scene of booth running down the sand hill..
but pain in the heart closly follows. it was such an emotional episode. i cried the whole episode. especially. "its time".. ohh it brings me to tears.. and when brennan tells zach shes always been proud of him.. ohh so sad!
