Yes they were best of friends since they're nine,
they treat each other as siblings, in times of trouble one is always there to protect the other.
but that is a common fact bout friendship right??
for me they've prove how strong their friendship is when lucas came into their lives...
well i guess after all lucas scott is not a trouble at all instead a test to breyton's friendship.
Lucas did not make that friendship stronger he was the reason the friendship has had problems. if he never went behind brooke's back with peyton that friendship would have no issues.
