I am an African American man who listened to Ms. Shields eulogize Michael Jackson. Her talk was one of the best I've heard. The reason it was so impressive is this: she humanized Michael, and she didn't preach, teach or try to entertain.

I am deeply appreciative and I hope the Jackson family understands the enormous contribution Ms. Shields made.
