I just saw a Brucas fanvid and there was a moment I just cannot remember, and it is bugging me like crazy! :P
Lucas is sitting on the court and it looks like he is crying and Brooke is hugging him.

It's a deleted scene. It was shown in the promo but never shown in the episode proper. Brooke says "Is it true, Luke?", referring to Lucas' heart condition. It was supposed to be in 3x19.

that was a scene which was cut out from the episode (don't remember the episode number, but it was the one where lucas tells karen & everyone that he has HCM. i think it's epi 3.19). the scene was shown in the promo for that episode.
and there is already a Q asking for the same thing, so just look at that if you didn't understand it
