Being a candy freak, I would say NO WAY! To me (personally) I think of it as something they torture you with in hospitals right before or after surgeries, when all you want is REAL food.
But they do have this one kind "Sparkling Champagne", or something like that. You use pop instead of water. That's not THAT bad. But I can't find it in stores anymore. :/
TECHNICALLY, it's not. But a lot of people consider it to be a candy. It's really just a form of dessert, but because it's so sweet and has so much sugar, a lot of people say it is. Really, it's what you define to be "candy".
