You don't need to!! On the top of your pick you will see a pencil icon - that's the edit button (for the pick maker). If you click that, you can add more choices to your already-made pick.
Also, if you look at the bottom of the pick (when you're editing it) you will see "Allow other fans to add new answers to this question". If you select this option, then other users can add an answer if what they want/like isn't already included.
